Shipping policy

Shipping Information
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, which takes approximately 2-5 business days for you to receive once your order has shipped.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Address Issues
If you realize you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at jfrancissoapco@gmail.com immediately. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we can no longer make changes.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, please reach out to us. We can either issue a refund or reship the order if you're willing to cover the additional shipping cost.

If the shipping address is invalid and we cannot ship your order, we will contact you for an updated address. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.
