Damages and Returns

Due to the nature of our products being single-use, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed before the order has been shipped.

In the case of a refund, it will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
